I guess FBG's took a stand and unfortunately it's one that seems likely at this point. Andre Johnson owners got 3 good weeks and hopefully started 3-0 ... and then likely lost two weeks with his injury in week 4 and noshow in week 12. So our net gain was one week's "benefit" so far from our 1st round pick.

Expectations for week 13? It seems I'd be better off starting Andrew Hawkins, Jason Hill, or even Roy Williams per projections? Really? Are you telling us to bench him outright at this early point in the week if he's lower than these options? The ww article says lower expectations but to THIS level?

Looking ahead in 14-16 we're talking WR30 which atleast may be viable as your WR3 but at that point guys in that range can be cut depending on league size.

I'm somehow still alive in all 5 of the 8 leagues that I own him (sigh) and even clinched a few byes ... but wow these projections really suggest doom in weeks 14/15.

With Victor Cruz and Roddy White, I don't see playing AJ the rest of this year, not even in the flex spot where I can get better numbers from a third RB (Lynch/McGehee/Wells).

I didn't draft him in the first round to have him rot on my bench. I'll win/lose with him rather than without him.

It was the guys first game back, depends on your options but if you are starting 3WR then you are probably starting AJ.

Yep ... there's no way I'm playing Andrew Hawkins or Roy Williams over him but sure in one of my leagues I can go Megatron and Antonio Brown at WR and then decide on Donald Brown, Starks, or Andre Johnson ... sigh. When I had those 2 WR's with the 12 pick ... drafted Bradshaw and Fred Jackson ... and picked up Murray I thought I was set but it's been one guy lost after the other. I don't even use Vernon Davis as I've got the Gronk.

Crazy year. I own Calvin, AJ and Reggie Wayne.

If you'd have told me at the beginning of the year I'd be starting Calvin, Antonio Brown and Laurent Robinson right now (with Andre and Wayne playing) I'd have you to pass that ##### on over.

I have to choose between him and Djax at my 3rd WR spot (Roddy, Steve Smith) :yucky:

Tough choice...it's either Mr. Heartless Alligator Arms or Mr. One-leg No QB. FWIW I'm probably going to roll with AJ since I drafted the guy in the 1st I feel obligated to ride him out to the bitter end (which looks to be coming soon). At least Yates looked his way a few times after he got into the game.

I'm not sure I trust him this week. And now Kubiak saying that Johnson played "too much" in the last game. I'm thinking 3 for 38 yards.....0 TD.

I'm not trusting it. Three targets for 2-22-0 last week and after the game your coach is cussing himself out for stretching you too far too soon. Not a good combo. The only thing that keeps gnawing at me though is the fact that Atlanta is 30th in the league vs. opposing WR1's.

The real travesty is that his schedule the next 4 weeks should have made him fantasy gold. Atlanta, Cincy, Carolina and Indy. I'm still rolling with him to see if he can do something against the Falcons. If not, then he's probably riding my bench against the Bengals.

Austin's coming back too.

I wish I didn't have to choose between him and Lynch this early in the week, but it looks like I need to play it safe and roll with Lynch tomorrow night. Three way tie for first and only two of us make it to the playoffs. One loss over the next two games and I'm likely done.

I'm in a 2RB, 2WR, 1 RB/WR flex league, and right now I'm starting Calvin and Antonio Brown as the 2 WRs, and will have to make a decision between Andre Johnson and Mark Ingram as my flex. Leaning towards Ingram. Not asking for advice, but just giving my take on AJ's value in week 13.

I know nobody cares, blah blah, but we've got like the exact same team. Megatron, AJ, Bradshaw, Gronk, Antonio Brown, Donald Brown. Only problem is I couldn't pick up Murray...

I can start 4 WR's or 3 WR's and 1 TE... PPR... the TE gets 1 pt for every 5 yards while the WR get every 10. I already have Jennings, White, Jordy Nelson going... really debating hard between AJ, Crabtree, Finley and Olsen for my 4th spot. I need to win to be in the playoffs. I am frightened. lol

Starting Robinson, Harvin and Colston over AJ !
Just curious. Are you being flexible with that if Miles Austin returns as he's on schedule to do or are you plugging in L-Rob regardless?
Regardless, Robinson was already producing w/ Austin, plus now him and Romo seem to have a chemistry together. Also Austin might not be fully recovered and they wont rush him back. But next week might be different.

Lynch is your RB3? You must be stacked, Lynch is RB11 in both of my leagues.

Same decision for me. I'm playing DeSean over him. Least I know the Eagles will throw some.

I guess I'm the only one who is actually a bit optimistic. I mean Leinart looked scared to throw the ball more than 6 yards all day and it wasn't until Yates came in that AJ even received a reception if I remember correctly. Could it be a blessing in disguise?

Now I'm not going to say I'll be expecting WR1 numbers out of him with a rookie QB going but if you are Yates, who are you going to lean on to make you look good if possible?

Answer: One of the best WRs on the planet, that's who.

He'll be my flex over Spiller at this point.

I am in the finals for my league in the Players Championship this weekend. I have to agree with you. He was my 1st pick, 7th overall in the draft. He is too good to not produce. Steve Breaston or Plaxico instead? I don't think so.
