Andre Roberts and Donald Jones (1 Viewer)

Are either of these two waiver-wire material/stash worthy WR's?

Donald Jones just had a nice game but it seems like Evans and Johnson have the BUF WR corps 1 and 2. Is there room for a 3rd?

I was very high on Andre Roberts preseason, but my interest has since faltered. He has also started to see some action lately.

Are they worth a pickup? Would you rather have one of these guys than say... Erik Decker - who I thought looked better out of college but has contributed absolutely nothing so far?

I liked Roberts a lot as a prospect. He's quick and fluid. I have compared him to Eddie Royal and Derrick Mason. In a best case scenario, I think he can become that type of WR. He struggled with drops and injuries during the preseason, but he has seen some action and made some plays during the last six or seven weeks. The highlight thus far would have to be this 30 yard catch-and-run TD against the Vikings:

He has caught 12 of 21 targets this season, which isn't bad for a rookie playing with craptastic quarterbacks. I would hang onto him if you have a roster spot open. After falling behind Max Komar and Stephen Williams on the depth chart during the preseason, he has seemingly leapfrogged them. He could be in the mix for the WR2 job in Arizona at some point in the future.

I think the only reason he has leapfrogged over Williams was due to Williams back injury. I'm not sure he's playing if Williams is 100% healthy.Stephen Williams-WR - Cardinals Oct. 18 - 5:24 pm et

Cardinals WR Stephen Williams revealed that he suffered a "small fracture" in his back during the team's Week 5 win.

He plans to practice Wednesday, and believes he'll be able to play through the pain. The undrafted rookie managed just four catches for 38 yards in two spot starts with Steve Breaston (knee) and Early Doucet (hernia) out. Williams moves back down the depth chart with Breaston, at least, set to return.
