Rick Stroud, of the St. Petersburg Times, reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are planning to work out free agent DL Andre Wadsworth (Cardinals).

Ah, memories.

Wadsworth was a Shawne Merriman-like freak of nature. 6'4", 280lb with silly measurables who probably could've succeeded as a 4-3 DE or 3-4 LB. Top five draft pick by the Cardinals in 1998, held out until just before the season started I believe, then showed some flashes of potential as a rookie. Knee problems started the following season and he ended up needing microfracture surgery. Cardinals voided his contract after three seasons and he hasn't played since.

Cool havent heard that name for a while. Bought a Wadsworth Cards jersey off a rack a couple years ago for about $5. Took the name off the back because I got sick of explaining who he was. Maybe I'll sew it back on?
