another Brees/Rivers like situation (1 Viewer)

I'm a Browns fan living in St Louis. It was nice to see them win on the road against the St Louis Lambs. The Browns are fun to watch and it all starts with DA. As far as Quinn goes, it's a nice problem to have. I'd personally like to see them sign DA to a long term deal and have Quinn waiting in the wings. If Anderson keeps this up into next year then you have an asset to trade. It's not what anyone of us expected, but as I say, it's nice to be a Browns fan that has this to worry about.

The big difference of course being that Brees was at one time groomed to be the Chargers QB of the future. To my knowledge, the Browns never thought that about Anderson.
In my opinion, this makes it easier for the Browns to cut ties with Anderson than it was for the Chargers to break it off with Brees because Cleveland doesn't already have a ton of time and money committed to Anderson yet.
