In one of my leagues, the Westbrook/ADP/Marvin Harrison owner started off 0-4.He subsequently traded away ADP and Marvin for Drew Brees, Plaxico, and Greg Jennings in a desperation move to mix things up. Wow, what a terrible trade.Then he went on to trade Westbrook and the top-ranked Steelers Defense for Marques Colston, Edgerrin James, and the Broncos Defense.So he goes from having Westbrook, Peterson, Marvin Harrison, and the Steelers Defense in his lineup to starting Edgerrin James, Plaxico, Marques Colston, Greg Jennings, and the Broncos D.Needless to say, he gave up his top 3 players, signficantly weakened his starting lineup, and bolstered the other two teams.The lesson here is, DO NOT MAKE TRADES OUT OF DESPERATION!!

yeah, that trade did NOT work out for him, needless to say.

I was involved in a 3 team trade in March, prior to the NFL Draft.

I traded away Greg Jennings and the #5 pick (keeper league)

I received Tom Brady, Braylon Edwards, and Randy McMichael!!!!

I can now say that I made out like a bandit on that one.

Week 2 a guy in my league traded LJ and Lee Evans for ADP & Braylon.

The best part is he played that guy this past weekend.

I did a couple this off season.

Traded McGahee/Cotchery for 5 mid 1st round picks in a 14 team dynasty league.

(that ended up sucking for me with Irons, Meachum, Stanton)

Traded 1.10 away for Morency

Traded Brees and 1.13 for Kitna and Roy Williams (kept Brady)

Gave up a kings ransom for the right to select ADP. Traded RBs McGahee, R.Brown and a mid 1st rd pick for the 1st pick in the draft.

Been waiting 3 years Peterson.

I made two trades that don't look too good right now (dynasty). I traded away Romo/JHarrison for Rivers/2008 2nd rd, that one might still work out OK, but hurts right now. I traded away MJD for Cadillac. That looked brilliant for about 2 weeks, now it just

Traded Portis and Colston away for the #2 Overall pick in our draft (5 Keeper league with 10 teams, so really it was the #52 pick overall in a sense) and Braylon Edwards.

That #2 pick got me Plaxico Burress (ADP went #1).

The new Colston owner and I played yesterday. He really would have liked to have had Edwards back me thinks.
