Any value in Washington WR2? (1 Viewer)

Armstrong and Gaffney.

Neither had great catch rate last week, but this offense looks half decent.

Cooley, Davis and Moss will get theirs. Any thought on WR2?

I seem to be in the minority, but I think a lot of people are going to regret the hype train that is Washington.

Yes the AZ defense gave up a ton of yardage to a rookie, but I belive their gameplan was to make Carolina beat them through the air, and sold out against the run all game.

The love for Grossman and the other 'Skins skills players is going to come to a screeching halt real fast, with many owners kicking themself for the week 1 over reaction.

Gaffney is the clear WR2 on this team, not Armstrong. And he should be a steady fantasy WR3/4 all year.
This. Armstrong is an Arena league guy with opportunity. Gaffney is the #2, but the only guy who should be considered as a starter is Moss. Everyone else, including the TEs, will be too inconsistent to even consider using as a starter.

Why? The Skins schedule going forward features home games against: AZ, SF, DAL and NE; road games against: DAL, STL, CAR, BUF, MIA, SEA, and the Giants again. Other than Week 6 at Philly and Week 13 home against the Jets, I don't see any "screeching halt"ers down the road.

I was wrong, its was more of a transmission blowing out as opossed to a screeching halt. :banned:
