Anybody else gonna blow stuff up tonight? (1 Viewer)

There are quite a few normal everyday activities that are riskier than fireworks.

The dumbest of the dumb are the ones getting hurt, and that is even when they also get unlucky.

That video was sweet.
The idiots who play for the Bucs and Giants lost fingers today.
Indeed.

Just curious, how many other pro athletes have had these kinds of accidents, like, ever? Looks like an outlier for pro athletes.

Lighting fireworks is normal, everyday activity?
Don't think that's the point. Point is that everyday, activities are done that are potentially more dangerous than fireworks.

Not that fireworks are done everyday.

Not sure people understand what this stuff actually costs these days. I spent less than if i went to a Browns game.
Oh, well then carry on. Makes total sense.
Browns games are fairly cheap, fyi.
There was probably over $2k of fireworks in the pic FC42 posted.

I go to a friend's on the 3rd of July every year. They spend about $10k. Not my thing, but it's their favorite holiday.

#1 rule is set it on the ground, light it and run, then yell something like REXROTH ( Detroiters know what Im talking about) as you get away

2 grand is fine with a bunch of people kicking in. Like I said, I spent about 200 myself and got enough for 48 really really good mortars and four 504 count batteries that were pretty damn good. Plus about 6-7 bundles of decent roman candles.

2 grand seems like too much for what was pictured.

2 grand at minimum. ~60 boxes at a conservative estimate of $40/box.

Unless you get nothing but the absolute most expensive items, 40 per item is just way too much.

Even the best stuff shouldnt cost that much in bulk. Or maybe fireworks are just much cheaper in Ohio and Pennsylvania than anywhere else.

The point is that there is no reason to set off fireworks especially considering the risks involved.

Then there is no reason to do hundreds upon hundreds of other things people do for fun.

There is just no reason to live then i guess.

Grump
