Anybody NEED points from Joe Webb tonight to advance? (1 Viewer)

Favre upgraded to questionable. If he plays, I was just curious if there is anyone out there that could possibly lose in their playoff match up due to the fact they have Joe Webb in and they only need a few points.

 
I need 8.2 pts from him. He was going to make for a great flex when Favre was announced as OUT!

 
A guy in one of my leagues picked him up and played him.

He is down 2 points. He could have started either one of his other WR's who would have gotten him 4 or 8 points and he would have won.

He's now going to sweat this one out. Scoring for QB's is all over the board in this league. TD's= 6, 1 point per 50 yards, 1 point per completion, -1 per incompletion, -2 per int and -3 per fumble.

Going to be an interesting night.

 
I need 12pts from a flex spot that will be Webb if he plays, or Chester Taylor (picked him up as insurance on Saturday). If I had started SSmith in this spot I would have lost.

This guy is a straight up QB right now, and shouldve been treated as such,

Yes this is completely within the rules, he is listed as a WR... fine and dandy... but things have a funny way of working themselves out sometimes

I picked him up for fear that Manningham would duplicate his game from last week, obviously I was wrong and if I started Manningham i would be up 27, game over. But I'm ahead 1.04 right now and I'm taking Webb out and taking the 0 for fear of a negative point outcome. This is a funny game we play.

Not on MFL... Yahoo is the only fantasy site that has him listed as a QB/WR... not even the NFL or MIN official website has him listed as a WR, lol

Its funny cause now that Favre is starting, I can see him being legitimately used as a WR for FF if he lines up there or returns kicks. But those arguing he was a WR when he would have never played a snap there as the starting QB were ridiculous.

Not on MFL... Yahoo is the only fantasy site that has him listed as a QB/WR... not even the NFL or MIN official website has him listed as a WR, lol

at least your sticking to debates where you can't lose now (since it's just an opinion). that kolb/vick fiasco was entertaining. you got tooled on in those threads.dont make me bump them.

Go ahead and bump them. Ive admitted already I was wrong on my assesment of Vick. This is opinion as well but you can certainly still be wrong, which you are.

You emphatically stated in many threads that as soon as Kolb was ready that Reid was definitely putting him back in as starter. You said this as if it was a fact, not an opinion. You can certainly start Webb at WR in a yahoo league but you are wrong for doing so since he was going to be the starting QB.

You can certainly start Webb at WR in a yahoo league but you are wrong for doing so since he was going to be the starting QB.
