Heck yes.....doesn't he know it's fantasy playoff time? What a corn hole....Not to get greedy but AJ cost us a nice easy TDShouldve reached out
Might have to roll with him this week if Manning looks like he will rest. Other options: Croyle, Bulger. Not Pretty.Any others out there who rolled with Sage making it into the final? I got lucky that my opponent had just about as bad a week as I did.Sage outscored Manning (his starter) so how can I complain?
I will certainly consider him again this week, though admittedly Kitna against KC does not seem as bad this week as it did a few weeks ago. After seeing Cutler put up big numbers 2 weeks ago and Vince having a strong day yesterday Kitna in the dome against KC does not seem awful right now.I will have much thinking to do this week.Might have to roll with him this week if Manning looks like he will rest. That is all solid reasoning. Specifically the fact that Andre has clearly made a world of difference with Houston, when he is around. The thing that worries me (and you convinced me correctly last week so I am sure you can do it again) is that over the last 2 weeks Indy's D has been very good against opposing QB's and KC's has rolled over to them. Admittedly, Oakland and Baltimore were who Indy played and Tennessee and Denver were who KC played, so it is certainly mismatched in that regard, but you see the numbers and they stand out.Last 2 vs KCYoung - 192/2/0 32/0Cutler - 236/3/0 22/0Where as IndyMcCown/Russel - 104/1/0 16/0Boller/Smith - 165/1/3 39/1Sage was a rock last week, though. And there is just no getting around that.MD Im leaning towards Sage again. Here's my reasoning:1. Indy has nothing to play for. I think this will mean resting of some slightly injured defensive players.2. Andre Johnson. As long as he's playing he's usually good for 1 TD at minimum so therefore Sage is usually good for 1 TD minimum. Plus hes playing on turf!3. Indy should put up some points early in this game at home. Therefore Houston will have to score points (which they havent had a problem doing recently). If Indy is blowing them out then Sage could get garbage pts.4. Houston has no running game although Dayne could have a solid game. Still not enough of a running game to take over IMO5. Kitna sucks and throws way too many INTs. INTs are -2 in my league6. I think Detroit tries to run the ball a ton. They play better at home and KC sucks so this should be a lot closer game.7. Kitna has no stud to throw to yet like Sage does.I hope thats enough to convince youI need you with me,

That worries me as well. Not sure I can convince you again as I am not convinced myself.[That is all solid reasoning. Almost cost me as well. If Kubiak hadn't stupidly used his challenge on the Scheffler TD I think he could have challenged this and won. Regardless, AJ should have scored there. This week, I'm rolling with Big Ben over Sage and Kitna, but I do think Sage could put up some decent numbers this week. That corn hole play by Andre Johnson cost me the finals. Lost by less than 3. Freakin' corn hole!! That and a myriad of other plays.... worth 3 points. But yep, I am at peace with starting Sage. It was the right move.
It is a tough one this week, especially given it is the SB. We don't have weather to worry about in either case....we don't have either team really playing for anything other than pride at this point...we do have an opponent in Indy who has clinched everything they can clinch and who has a coach that has shown he is willing to sit guys (though he came out and said he would not this week) vs an opponent in KC who looks to have given up as they have gone on a 7 game losing streak.A tough one for us Kitna owners for sure.FYI to Kelley's Heroes, if I had Warner I would no doubt be starting him against ATL as well. But I do not have such options, sadly. That worries me as well. Not sure I can convince you again as I am not convinced myself.
I think when it comes down to it theyll both have similar pts. I just feel Sage is safer.Rolling with Kitna this week. Good Luck.
I agree. It worked out that way last week for me as well. Bonus scoring negated Kitna's mistakes.I think when it comes down to it theyll both have similar pts. I just feel Sage is safer.Rolling with Kitna this week. Good Luck.
