Anyone familiar with the Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2? (1 Viewer)

My daughter bought one and is having a hard time with one aspect of the mixing (Communicating with Logic Pro 9).

Just wondering if anyone (bigbottom etc) might be familiar with this board and might be able to possibly help her out.

Apologies - I'm pretty old school and have no experience with recording software for PC. I still use standalone Roland multi-channel mixers. We did our last album using ProTools, but it was all greek to me.

Thanks for looking at this. She may buy Pro Tools but really likes Logic Pro, just can't get plugin sounds to record. And Presonus customer service has been zero help.
