... playoffs for all 3 leagues ... rather than enjoying the afternoon games, gonna catch up on the Christmas decorations/etc.
But, yeah, I hear ya ... great to have a "free" week, with no tough decisions to fret over. By the time tonight's game rolls around, can watch unencumbered; and really looking forward to G-Men/Skins tomorrow.
Didn't worry about matchups or projections or "sneaky start" or injury reports all week.I have two teams, one is in the playoffs, the other is not.Bam, this Sunday I get to enjoy some football.
If you are not enjoying football the other 13 weeks of the season, due to 'worrying' about projections, match ups or sneaky starts, then why even play FF at all?/Looks at himself in the mirror
First week all season I did not have a lineup decision to think much about. One team is 10-2 and has clinched the one seed and gets a first round bye next week.
My other two teams are 7-5 but in the playoff picture. I don't have to fret about any players in those leagues.
Fantasy football makes the regular season bearable. It makes a game like Jacksonville/Buffalo interesting. Otherwise I wouldn't bother with 90% of the games and wouldn't even care much until week 15 anyway.
I found it was enough to just watch a game and not focus on fantasy. Only flipping during commercials, not watching Red Zone. And I normally don't check fantasy scores until late Sunday afternoon. The most I do fantasy-wise is post here when able during games.
