Forget Clark. He's at FS and has competition.I also like SS Manuel because the Packers defense will be on the field a lot. It's a push for me because I like Earl too, like last year before he was injured. He averaged 5 tackles and 2 assists over the last 7 games. But I project both around the 30-35 DB range.
I like both Earl and Manuel ...I think its a tough call between the two ...SS with no real competition that will never leave the field for bad defenses ...What's not to like?
That's true. Underwood's on IR too. Hope he stays on the field. I saw you had him in the Handbook Draft. My league has no CB requirement though, so safety it is. May go with Barber/Sean Taylor/Pollard/Bullocks/ Manuel and Earl and drop Chavous.
I like Earl a lot better than Manuel. Mostly because Nick Collins will be roaming the backfield with Manuel and I think Collins is a stud FS who will get better numbers than FS's usually get. Not to mention the Pack's LB corpse is better than Houstons, IMO. I also like Either one of the Bullocks, or NO DB Harper for the future.
I like Earl, but he hasn't lived up to expectations. He's either been injured, struggling to pick up the scheme, or outplayed by C.C. Brown. With Brown now at FS, Earl should be top 30 if he stays healthy and knows the system.
