Starting him over Delhomme althoguh I probably wouldn't be is Smith wasn't suspended, when Smith and Marshall are both back it may make for a tough decision some weeks.

I have Cutler in 2 leagues with Garrard as his backup in both. I have Cutler in both lineups right now, but I am not very confident. Especially with Marshall out and that tough Raider secondary. I may start Garrard in 1 league, and Cutler in the other. Just in case he has a bad game.
