Anyone the least bit concerned about players from IND, NE, DAL (1 Viewer)

comfortably numb

All are sitting at 5-0. While historically teams take week 17 "off", anyone slightly concerned about their players taking off a half in these week 16 matchups?

Car @ Dal

Hou @ Ind

Mia @ NE

Maybe Dallas, since the NFC is so lousy.

I think Indy and NE will still be playing for home field advantage in week 16.

No, since it seems home field may still be in the balance. Even a 1st rd bye could be up for grabs.

I would have said Dallas but GB may still be fighting for a spot.

Plus, if you listen to the media, NE will be playing for the undefeated season so they wont want to sit.

I don't think Dallas will be good enough to sit their players.

New England will have HFA locked up after 14 games, but Belichick doesn't sit his players (whether they're 13-1 or 14-0), so you don't have anything to worry about there.

Indianapolis might be fighting Pittsburgh for the other bye, and I doubt they have everything locked up after fourteen games. Plus, Dungy might not want to sit his players in week 16 again.

Worth considering, but I don't think *this* year any team will be resting players in week 16. If anything, the team you might have to worry about is San Diego. They could easily be 8-6 and be locked into the 4 seed. It's a long ways off, but the Chargers might wrap up the four seed earlier than any team has ever done.

I don't think Dallas is going to roll. If they were playing a team with any kind of offense they lose on Monday night. Instead Buffalo only gets them 3 on O and 21 on D. Romo has been shown to be vulnerable as is the Dallas O. One of these big two (NE and DAL) will have a loss Sunday night. If Dallas loses and GB and Wash win we have a three horse race in the NFC.

If NE loses we will have a dog fight between Indy and NE all season....

Dallas won't run the table. NE is a loss this week, plus they have a couple potential upsets on the schedule as well. Washington looks decent, and they probably will be playing for the division late in the year.

I would not be surprised if all three are still playing for something in week 16 this year. Dallas is far from dominant, and they are going to be in a fight for their division I believe when all is said and done. And NE and Indy will have each other and Pitt to worry about. Anything is possible but I am not worried about it at the moment.

I guarantee you GB and Wash will not both win.
