LOL, when I was in High School, I worked at the local movie theater. I can't tell you how many "Large popcorn with extra butter, nachos with extra cheese and large diet soda" orders I took. Hell, sometimes they would ask for the nacho cheese on the popcorn.

I always get a diet coke. More calories dedicated to the good stuff.

This is a lie. Diet soda is evil. I used to drink prolly 5-15 a day between diet cokes, diet dews, diet Kroger, diet QT energy etc. I quit cold turkey about 1.5 years ago. Only real significant dietary change. f anything I eat worse now than then (ie a lot more fast food as a bachelor). dropped between 50-60 pounds (not exactly sure since i no longer weigh myself really. but for 40/38 inch pants to 34 bordering on 32 in a year and a half. That stuff really ####s with your glucogen levels and your craving receptors.

For some (like me) it's not so much the calories as the sugar. Even if it is about the calories 1200 is still less than 1400. If I want to eat my bmr of 2400 calories in 2 1200 calorie meals, why would you take issue that I don't want to hit 2800 calories by drinking a bunch of regular soda with it?

That is what I was thinking. Get rid of the fried chicken on the bottom and it looks pretty good.
