Archer (1 Viewer)

Pam truly has grown as a viable character. She was an afterthought in the first season. An annoyance even and now she can carry a whole scene by herself with hilarity.

Pam: "You knew I grew up on a farm, right?"

Archer: "Really hoping that's not relevant."

Cheryl: "My place reeks of ocelot piss."

I love the recurring ocelot lines.

Fantastic Season Finale!

Too many great lines...I don't even know where to start. I loved all of the references to all the outer space movies. Off the top of my head, I think I saw references to Star Wars, Aliens, Armageddon and maybe the Fifth Element. And of course Top Gun. I am sure I am missing some.

Lana is now in rare territory rivaling Jessica Rabbit as one of the hottest cartoon characters of all time.

Looking forward to a new season already.

Jan. 17 premiere. Adam Reed is a machine. :pickle:
I tell people this is the funniest show on TV, and they refuse to watch it because it's a cartoon
Same here. OK by me. Ratings are great so no concerns about it staying on the air. If they don't want to watch the funniest show on TV, that's on them. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.**I never realized how much we rely on idioms

Second funniest Mr Analrapist. No surprise with all the crossover between them. New episodes of both coming out in 2013 = happiest returns to tv since Family Guy!The line that gets me no matter how many times I see it is when they're all splooshing over Paddy Warburton and Gilette says that his sound is the same, then he looks at the camera "but with semen." Funny as it is, breaking the 4th wall amplifies it. Obviously.

I've been re-watching the second season of AD all week. "Although, if I may, let me take off my assistant’s skirt and put on my Barbra Streisand in The Prince of Tides ###-masking therapist pantsuit" :lmao:

 Maybe my favorite line from my namesake.Thinking I need to change my alias before the return in 2013. Don't want FBGs that don't like me to have that impact their enjoyment of the return of AD. Last time I caught a Shawshank rerun I kept thinking of our Andy ... and I don't even mind that guy.

I did not know this before Mad Sweeney and you mentioned it. :excited:

I'd say keep it; being reminded of random TF lines brightens my work day.

My wife went to a special business womens luncheon where the guest was Aisha Tyler - most of the women talked to her about the "The Talk" co hosting - my wife went up and told her that Lana Kane was one of her favorites and we always watch Archer. She told my wife quietly that she loves the part the most.

I've never wanted to bang a cartoon so bad

Really? Never? I could think of a few over the years.

OK, I'm late to the party but I'm in!

Any connection here to Space Ghost? Was always a big fan of that show. I'm gonna try and check out all the episode before the premiere of Season 4.

More of a connection to Frisky Dingo. This show has it's own style of humor an an actual plot though.

yeah, I kinda liked Frisky Dingo but never got fully into it. Still have a few on DVR. Any place to find Archer episodes online? Don't see them on the show website or hulu. I'd like to start from the beginning.

Netflix has Seasons 1 and 2.

I thought it was only an average Archer episode. Could've been a combo of high expectations due to it being the long awaited season premiere of possibly the funniest show on TV. Also I can't find, despite really wanting to, anything about Bob's Burgers funny so there may have been some in-jokes I didn't get. I'll probably watch it again this weekend to see what I missed. Glad it's back on though!
