Are either of these situations collusion?

1. Team A needs a Defense for bye week, and team B needs a QB for bye week. Both teams swap players and agree to trade them back to eachother after the bye week.

2. Two teams make a trade, with specific understanding that there will be 'future considerations involved' i.e. trading one player back for a specific player after bye week need has been addressed. This player could be different then one involved in original trade.

really don't understand why people need help to win a league. It's like NFL team loaning players on bye weeks - but some FF owners think it's okay.

BOTH are collusion if they are not reported along with the tradeEven if not collusion (#1 tradeback or "sharing" should be against the rules in any FF league - Especially any money leagues)Trades to circumvent bye weeks are really mickey mouse - they are not allowed in any serious leagues, any leagues where people play for money even if both trades were announced.

A few days ago a buddy & I were laughing at a trade offer he had received from her. Players are not important, just that we both thought it was a terrible trade.

So yesterday we are up at the bar drinking & she is hanging around. I see my buddy at work today & he is telling me that she had gone home with him & spent the night. Now I get home & check the league site & see that the trade was completed.

Is that collusion or what???? Sex & a backup WR for a top 10 RB??

The problem is how do I approach the commish about this? I can't really explain why I think this is collusion without spelling out what happened.

If the board decides this isn't collusion I'm thinking of offering her Rodgers.

As far as I can tell.My buddy doesn't really make stuff up & I can't really figure out why he would do the deal if not for the added benefits. He didn't come out & say that the sex was part of the deal, but wtf am I supposed to think after we were just laughing about the trade offer??The problem is, she has now filled the one weakness on her roster & is going to be difficult to beat in the playoffs.

You can't do the second. If there is any sort of collusion or trade reversal rule, then it's understood that trades will offer clear values to debate the topic.The first is a rule workaround common trick that makes people grrrr but really is somewhat legal if the rules permit.Next year implement a "spirit" rule to cover loose ends.
