I'm getting close to BMI healthy but it's absurd the amount of work it takes to stay at weight these days. It's like if you aren't at the gym daily and eat a really low calorie amount that's super unfulfilling you're screwed.
And don't get me started on how much work it is to do all the stretches/exercises just to stay out of back/knee pain. Recently went through that 6 month process of the knees over toes and back pain regimen and it all totally worked and I feel better than ever but maintaining it just to stay mobile and healthy.. why does it have to be this hard.
Bodies shouldn't be this hard to maintain. It's stupid.
