As for your question I would take Foster. Seems like the safer pick.

Foster has one year wonder written all over him. Kubiack has a history for using rb's for 1 year, making them studs and then moving on to the next best thing. I have Charles as my overall #1 RB this year in ppr and non. He was #2 in my non ppr league last year and can only get more touches.
