The real answer is that food tampering has been held to be battery under Cal. Penal Code § 242, and under certain circumstances, it could be a violation of Cal. Penal Code § 347, the food tampering statute. Violations of PC 347 are *felonies*, although they do require that the offender knew or should have known that s/he was exposing the consumer of the food to injury. ON EDIT: Oh, and she had "emergency oral surgery" not long before her licking and spitting, too, so that's a nice addition to the story. She really should be charged.

In any case, she's a foul beast. Ugh.
