His heel looks to be not really an issue being that he practiced fully on Friday:

Austin Collie-WR - Colts Oct. 1 - 2:51 pm et Austin Collie (heel) returned to a full practice on Friday, but is listed as questionable on the Week 4 injury report.Collie didn't miss a single practice rep on the final day of the week, so he's clearly not seriously injured. The injury isn't a concern, despite Collie's "questionable" listing. Expect him to start at Jacksonville.

Also, Garcon didn't make the trip to Jacksonville and Jacksonville if really bad against the pass so Collie is a solid start today.
