:hot: :hot: :hot: :hot: I'm so pissed right now. I was out all morning, came back and watched the end of that Cincy/Hou game thinking I had the Reds parlayed with the Marlins. Well...I DID have that. What I didn't know until now was that Oswalt didn't start the game for Houston, so this HUGE parlay was reduced to a single play win.

Oh, and the Dodgers Bullpen can ####ing blow me.

So what do folks think of Cleve -1.5 +115?

I am considering going heavy on this but I have no reason to do it other then I want to gamble and I feel like letting it ride.

Maybe I should just step away from the computer. I may have had to much to drink.

I'm going with Under 8.5 -120 here. I think this is a big game and both teams will be playing this one tight. Angels scorched the Indians on Friday and then the Indians returned the favor yesterday. I think there's been like 30 runs in the two games. With CC and Lackey on the mound, I think we'll see a real close game - a classic pitcher's duel...or is it dual?There's my play. Under 8.5 -120

I'm going with Under 8.5 -120 here. I think this is a big game and both teams will be playing this one tight. Angels scorched the Indians on Friday and then the Indians returned the favor yesterday. I think there's been like 30 runs in the two games. With CC and Lackey on the mound, I think we'll see a real close game - a classic pitcher's duel...or is it dual?There's my play. Under 8.5 -120

Ok I am in with you. That was my first thought as well.1 unit U 8.5 -120 (I am backing off on letting a big one ride)

 
I've been off for a few days, as I took out too much after hitting a prop bet a few weeks back, and blew threw the rest of my account. But, now I'm reloaded. Hit a small parlay today, and I'm feeling my gamble on tonight.

I played Cle -1.5 (+127).

I hate betting against Lackey, as I have him in my FF baseball league...but I also have Sabathia, and right now, no one is pitching better than him. Add that to the fact I always like the Cleveland offense, especially at home, and I'm going to make a play. I don't want to lay the ML odds, as I think the Angels are capable of getting a big pitching performance from Lackey and win...BUT, I like the Indians to win, and after winning by 12 last night, I think they can cover.

My initial thought on the o/u was under, but I think I'll lay off and hope for a 3-1 Tribe victory.

Could you check into that soccer gambling thread that started? I read some of your stuff in the first thread.Maybe you could make some suggestions.

Not your fault man. Check 6 posts prior to yours and you will see I was already on the U8.5 train.I also had Cleve -1.5 :wall:

I should have just stayed away I was having a good day and was up prior to Cleve.

I am going to put a post it note right here that says if you are winning and drunk just sit back and enjoy. DO NOT GO FOR THE KILL SHOT.

So far I hit a little play on over 9 in the NYM/LAD game (-130) to make 1 unit. Yeah, heavy chalk, but I like both offenses a lot and I only see the over going higher. I have more coming later. If I can pop on in time, I'll post my plays.

Okay, BRONG just got down on the Angels/Rays over. Angels bats have turned the corner (saw a story why, but whatever), and I just don't like Weaver. He's always hit, it seems.

Okay, just made my plays for tonight....a little leery on one, but we'll see:

Chicago (Zambrano) -1.5 +128 for 1 unit.

The Astros are not hitting at all. They are sub-500 vs. Right hander pitchers, and have quite a few righties that are suscetible to the strikeout (Wilson,Lane, Ensberg, Everett). Here I get one of the most dominating righties, against a struggling team. Sure, I have no offense, but it's not like Taylor Buckholz is all-world by any means. I like my chances, and I like the price here.

Phil/AZ o 8.5 (-110) to make 1 unit.

Okay, the Snakes have Webb on the mound, and he is pitching unbelievably. Well, the Phillies have Cory Lidle who is pitching, well, it's Cory ####### Lidle, let's be honest. The Phils have a pretty good crop of lefthanded hitters, and well, I'm hoping they hit a few homers. 8.5 is a number when two studs are pitching, not one stud, and one so-so pitcher...I'll lay the chalk.

LAD/NYM o9 (-121) Added 1.5 units

Okay, I played this one earlier at -130 and liked it then. Why would I not like it now, when it's been sweetened? Sure, I'm a bit of a sucker on the overs, hell I'm Joe public. But, give me these two lineups and a chance at 10 anytime.

(I will add a disclaimer that I own Jose Reyes, David Wright, Rafael Furcal, JD Drew and Nomar Garciapara on various FF Baseball leagues)
