Bears signed free agent running back Kahlil Bell.

Matt Forte was injured in Week 2 and will likely miss a month or more with a high ankle sprain, so Chicago was on the lookout for some depth behind Michael Bush and Armando Allen. Bell was cut by the Bears at the end of August after, reportedly, refusing to take a pay cut. The Bears also had free agent Steve Slaton in for a workout on Saturday.

Is this guy worth an add in deep leagues?

he did well last year when given opportunity but unless Bush gets hurt he will not see much, and then only until Forte returns

Worth an add? Doubtful.

Good move by the Bears? Yes. He knows the team and will serve as insurance due to injury. I think he is the #2 behind Bush going forward, but wouldn't roster him on less than a 16 teamer w/deep rosters.
