Disagree.  I don't think they should have gone for it to start with, but when you start going for 2 you are playing the bet that the averages will work out and you will end up with more points at the end of a game.  When you go back and forth, you lose that statistical advantage.  I don't think they should have gone for 2 the first time, but once you start, I think you need to keep it up.

Makes no sense.  You go for two based on the current score and time remaining.   It does not matter one bit whether you went for two before.
