Is what Belichick did with spygate cheating simply because it broke the rules or is there more to it? Because if we are using that definition, arent the Packers being investigated for cheating?

I saw a Pats fan started a thread about the Packers cheating and he got lambasted. Well, if the Packers broke the rules, did they cheat?

C'mon, use your head just a little tiny bit. Breaking a rule is not always cheating. Cheating is cheating, breaking the rules is breaking the rules. Sometimes they are the same, sometimes not.
