I would be SHOCKED if BB had ANY interest in Culpepper. Jeff George would be a better option (suggested by Merrill Hoge today

Other teams were offering him a back-up spot, but not a chance to compete for, or be the starter, that's why he threw his little hissy fit. But if he's offered a chance, he would probably take it.

You are subscribing to unsubstantiated rumor.Culpepper was getting bad mouthed by other agents. They started the rumor that he was only interested in having the option to start to keep the market down for Daunte, in the hope of generating more interest for their clients who have far less ability.

Though I'm sure others have mentioned it, I only just remembered the "joke" of placing a walking boot and then crutches at Brady's locker during the preseason. Oops.
What are your thoughts on Cassell? I know of him from HS and losing the QB job to Matt Leinart at SC, but I haven't paid too much attention to him because of Brady's presence. He's obviously going to be the starter, but are the Patriots viewing him as a capable replacement or is he a stop-gap until they can find a more suitable replacement?
I think he's busy surfing naked, skateboarding, doing tons of drugs and eating twinkies that Marv would never allow him to eat.

Interesting guy. He does great breaking down running game film on Edge NFL Matchup, but the 4th or 5th concussion created a blind spot in his brain when it comes to analyzing anything about the passing game.
