Why isn't Ben Leber (WLB) projected to be more productive in that role within that scheme?

He's a solid but not an elite pursuit talent or coverage player, and he's no longer rotating with Chad Greenway in nickel packages.

It seems like a guy only needs a slightly better than average (or maybe even average) skillset to produce in that role. But I guess playing only 2 downs is the overriding issue anyways.
