Bengals at Steelers (1 Viewer)

This Steeler team is just determined to beat itself every week. So far Ben missed M. Wallace who was behind the defense for a TD and A. Brown let another punt hit the ground to give up ~20 yards of field position.Awesome.
Now Ben throws a pick-6. Looks like this is going to be a long post by the end of the game.
 Now they miss a chip-shot FG.
Bengals get the ball after half-time... get a pick at the 32... then punt into the endzone from the 36... good teams score TDs after that pick.
3rd and 1 for the Bengals... Steelers jump off-sides. This is one of the most frustrating seasons I can ever remember as a Steeler fan.
Steelers force an AJ Green fumble and then go three-and-out after losing 9 yards.... this team sucks
I'll add the stupidity of trying a 53 yard FG here. But Ben has just thrown an INT at mid field with 13 seconds left in the game.

So Ben has thrown game killing INTs against Denver, Dallas, and Cincinnati.

And as I said before in this thread, this has been the most frustrating Steeler season that I can remember. They just continuously kill themselves with stupid penalties, turnovers, decisions, etc.

Wow. That loss is squarely on the shoulders of Roethlisberger. Your defense basically only gave up 3 points, but he gave the Bengals 10. Ouch.

I really dont have high hopes for the Bengals in the playoffs either. They are benefiting from the Steelers and Ravens faltering at the end of the season. Just dont see them going very deep. They need to win next week, so they would get a home game probably against the Colts.

Good effort Pitt. Maybe next year.
"good effort"?? this steelers team has not put in a good effort in weeks. i watched mike wallace lollygag back to the huddle a half dozen times today--no way he knew what the next play call was. sure the defense deserves credit for the way they've played down the stretch but for the rest of the team "good effort" is about the last thing i'd say.

messing with the espn playoff thingy, this doesnt look possible. it seems they are almost certainly locked into a matchup with the pats where they will get stomped. outside chance at facing the ravens who they would have an infinitely better chance to beat. also slight chance at texans which would be a huge improvement too.

Yeah. Pats looked unstoppable today vs that #31 Jaguars D. :lmao:

Bengals D is playing well. D line is one of the best in the NFL right now. Aside from one boneheaded long pass play in the first, the D was flawless. In a game where the Bengals had a lot of "almost"'s on offense, they were able to ride that defense to a win in what was a defacto playoff game. Great work for a young team. :excited:
