Had a movie night with our kids and some friends with this. Still very cute, but didn't hold up too well as comedy- the kids especially were not impressed.
Amazing how Steve Martin had SUCH a run in the 80s.
1989 Parenthood
1988 Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
1987 Planes, Trains & Automobiles
1987 Roxanne
1986 Little Shop of Horrors
1986 ¡Three Amigos!
1985 Movers & Shakers
1984 All of Me
1984 The Lonely Guy
1983 The Man with Two Brains
1982 Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid
1981 Pennies from Heaven
Toss in 1979 The Jerk, and that is spectacular. A couple were meh, but most were great.

would love to see his Masterclass or read his memoir, Born Standing Up (which i hear is one of the best ever). an extremely funny person with admittedly no discernible talent. just a tremendous curiosity (to our benefit, mostly about what is funny & why)
