Biddle (1 Viewer)

How many games does he have to do well in and how many do Carter, Jarrett, and Colbert have to do "nothing special" in for him to beat them out?

Not all that much time left really, is it possible?

He has definitely done enough to at least pay attention to him, but it's hard to say until he plays against the starters.
I agree and I think he is a great example of what you can really get from watching pre-season games. You can tell which players are playing "above their level". I watch Biddle and I see him really standing out compared to others in his current level: 2nd/3rd stringers. So I know that he is better than the average 2nd/3rd string WR. So now I want to see him play with some 2nd stringers or 1st/2nd mix. I don't expect him to look AS much better at that level, but if he still looks better, then I'll watch to see if he plays with a mostly starter lineup. If he just looks average, I'll peg him as at his level and call him a 2nd stringer. If he doesn't look good, then I'll figure he really only stands out against weak competition.

Biddle claims to have run a 4.1 / 40.Dude must have has hurricane windsblowing him along.
I've heard that alot over the years around draft/combine time. I figure it's a 4.3-4.8 guy getting hand timed by a slow "trigger" finger.Nonetheless he seems to have some pretty good jets to him

If he starts running with the 1's, then I'd eye him in re-drafts. Otherwise, deep dynasty guy for now.
I could only find a mention of him practicing briefly with the 1s yesterday. Not any significant time. What peaks(piques?) my curiousity about him most is the lack of production from anyone that's supposed to be the #2 and how I figure it must be a (relative)cakewalk to play opposite Steve Smith. I would expect soon(before summer's over, 2 weeks left) Fox will say let's try the kid out with the 1s in a game. Even if just a handful of plays. The one "bone" I'd throw those other guys is that playing opposite Steve Smith, why would you throw to someone else?In my memory, David Patten is the best preseason WR in the beware mold. IIRC He had 4 100 yard games with either the Giants or Browns and ...well ya know how he did on those teams.

All I can say about him is that he is FAST! I don't think anyone outside of Darrell Green or Willie Gault was 4.1 fast, but this dude can burn. Eli constantly underthrew him in college. The knock on him was that he was like Roberto Duran....."Hands of Stone". No doubt that he is probably the fastest guy on the Panthers...
