I voted better, but a better answer might be just different. AC/DC was much better with Scott though. BiB was great, but it's the only Johnson led album to break into their top five IMO. For me, it goes:
Powerage
Highway to Hell
BiB
High Voltage
Dirty Deeds
It was all downhill after BiB (although downhill for them was better than most other stuff).
I think Bon's death really helped fuel the greatness of the album. They were grieveing and dealing with a lot of emotions and that, I believe, contributed to the intensity of the album.
Bon was great, but with Highway To Hell, it looked like their schtick was really beginning to run it's course.
