In a quote, instead of it saying "2 minutes ago, glock said:"  Can we get it to say, "glock said 2 minutes ago"? 

I know that's a minor issue, but would make it quicker to know where the quote was coming from.

you can filter using the "Sort By" dropdown at the top right of the list of topics. Click "Custom", then choose "Topics I Posted in" or "Topics I Started" from the dropdown.

users can't pick how many posts per page anymore, so there has to be one default setting for everybody.

we went with 40 as a compromise between the most common choices of 25 and 50.

Also ... once logged in to the forums, will the site end your session if you don't type or scroll for a few minutes? I've been having to sign in repeatedly all morning. Anyone else getting kicked out every so often, after a few minutes of inactivity?

You can only nest one reply.. BUT you can multiquote multiple replies.. I think the intent was to kill off the nested quotes that were a Bleep to read on a phone..

But now went "overboard" IMO.. Should be a way to set up say 5 nested Max..

Seen a few boards do this ... it's an improvement IMHO. Nesting a small number is fine, but people weren't doing enough pruning to their own posts around here.

But they can be collapsed. Weird decision. Collapsing would solve the issue and provide both outcomes.

Only works on the desktop.. Open the image in a different browser window and "Drag it" over to your reply ..SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

This is not a gripe against IPB specifically, but designers in general.

Removing user options in "upgrades" is awful. So many companies do this. Something works just fine but they decide on a one-size-fits-all option and remove customization. It sucks.
