people are already trying to get rid of them. they aren't going to be around permanently.

but people who post inappropriate images will likely be dealt with as necessary.

apparently, we also can't choose how many threads go on each page of the forum.

So, page 1 of the FFA is 25 threads tops.

Horrible.

I guess my only remaining complaint then is the ability to quote by opening in a separate tab so you can keep your spot on the page.  Not sure if this is some advanced #### though.

Yes. No idea why I got it. I haven't gotten those updates for years.

 
So to see "my content" like in the past, I have to select the custom view, then tell it what I mean by that (pick topics I've posted in), then tell it what order to display them???? And then once I pick one from that list and am done with it and hit "back" on my browser, the page has expired? Seriously? So then I have to go repeat it all again.

On the old, outdated, apparently terrible board, I could click one button. Now I have to click 74.

 
So I think I figured out the show "my posts I replied in" URL without using the sort by button but I don't think I should post it :unsure:

Desktop version - click on the "Activity - My Activity Streams" and click to your hearts desire.. :shrug:

But it doesn't save that as the default that I'd like to see. So, again, every time I want to do that, they've replaced one click of the button with many. Plus, if I've already read the most current post in one of those threads, my only choice is to go to the original post on page 1 of the thread. So stupid.

OK, I found the way to save that as default now. Except that it doesn't actually save it as my default stream.

I found in the link a csrfkey.   I'm not a professional web developer so I don't know enough about if that key is posted if it can open up hackers or something else. I think that key is autogenerated randomly.

I'm self taught and haven't used html in a very long time.  It's not like the old way with adding a post variable on a form. :shrug:

Posting of images wouldnt be so bad once everyone gets the terrible memes out of their system (myself included).  Yeah, you risk the occasional disgruntled guy spamming cocks all over the board, but everything in life has risks.  

 
Is there a way we can get this to just show 3 topics per page?  The 2 pinned ones and then the newest.  I feel like it takes forever to browse through 23 titles each time I refresh.

You are only allowed to give 10 likes per day. You cannot give any more likes today.

 
With so few topics on the first page, the front page every day will be:

wagering thread

gm's thread

jukebox draft

hillary, bernie, trump, gop threads

nba thread

running thread

stock thread

tim's 12 constant threads

that's it. everything else will be off the front page 15 minutes after being added or bumped unless it's for a shooting or terrorist attack.  page two may become the new page one. front page snoozefest
