Rotoworld suggests a trade possibility. Makes a lot of sense to me since he's not fitting in with Mangini in Cleveland, and Cleveland could use some help in other areas. What destination makes sense?
Oakland seems a logical choice -- maybe too logical because that might be seen as an implicit admission that Jamarcus Russell is failing badly.
Buffalo is possible, but Quinn doesn't seem to offer much that Edwards doesn't already have, and Buffalo's biggest problems are not QB-related.
Carolina might make sense, but management seems perhaps too loyal to old standby players (like Delhomme) to bring in a replacement.
KC already has too many long-shot QBs on the roster.
StL? SF? Washington? Tennessee? All of those could stand to take a chance on a still-young but slightly damaged QB prospect.

At this point who would give up more than a 6th or 7th round pick for Brady Quinn? And if that is all you're getting then why trade him if you're Cleveland?
Sadly, so, so true.
Problem is Bulger's contract.
