Why exactly is Saul running again? I mean I know his fingerprints are all over Walt the past few years, but why exactly does he have to run?

DEA snapped up Jesse and Huell.

There's no way for him to know what info they gave up or that the only two in the DEA that they spoke with are dead. Too much risk.

They tailed Jesse from saul's and had huell. Info or not, they know Saul is more than just the lawyer.
