OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGIn Dallas and most of suburbia around Dallas, EMS/Paramedic services are provided by the fire department.CBS says it is "serious" and involves fire rescue.
Thanks Grid. That's the way to post. You guys even got ProFootballTalk.com convinced something is up:SOMETHING'S UP WITH T.O.?There are unsubstantiated Internet swirlings of a report from CBS-TV 11 in Dallas regarding the health of Terrell Owens. This information is uncorroborated, but it appears on a least one message board and was e-mailed to us minutes ago. Here's the quote: "Just reported on CBS 11 news in Dallas that T.O. was taken to Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. They said that doctors are trying to induce vomiting. They also said a Dallas Police Public Relations officer was headed over there to take care of what they called a 'high profile' case. They had no more details than that. No link as of yet either."Again, this is all uncorroborated right now. We're checking it out. Something to do with David Hasselhoff. There is nothing on the CBS 11 web site about it, and we are searching elsewhere for more information.Owens had surgery last week to repair a broken finger. His recovery has been progressing normally.

This just in Michael Bolton was rushed to the hospital!!!

This is a rather apt username for this threadyou should take it off the "Breaking News" section.
PM's down?First off, I originally posted this news - and was bashed.Second, Shick your earlier response to texasheat of "quit pissing in our pool" was uncalled for and really made me lose some respect for you. Part of what makes this forum great is having people all over the country who are tuned into the local news. Your response certainly doesn't help that.
I dont understand why... it's prematureThese threads are getting deleted fast.. IBTL

Whether the story was "true" or not, the bottom line is that TommyKramer was telling the truth.Yeah, Shick has his work cut out for him tonight. These threads are getting deleted fast.. IBTL
Yes, it is pretty annoying. It's really annoying that the original thread got completely deleted before we even have details on a news story on the air.

Breaking: T.O. Taken To Baylor By Ambulance.
Update: 10:55 p.m.
Another breaking news segment reports having seen T.O. being wheeled down the hall of Baylor in Dallas on a gurney with tubes in his nose. At first look, there was a sheet over his face, but it was pulled away and was then obvious that it was T.O. There were also reports that both Dallas fire and police departments responded before he was brought to the hospital. Two individuals along with medical personnel were with T.O. as he was being taken down the hall, according to the segment. T.O. reportedly had an adverse reaction to some of the medicine he was taking after his surgery early last week, but no one knows if that's related.

A disclaimer: I have no Cowboys confirmation of this.
At the end of a newscast I was just watching there was a breaking news segment reporting that Terrell Owens has been taken by ambulance to Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. There is no information about his condition except that doctors are inducing vomiting. It is not known whether or not his condition is related to his hand injury or anything associated with it.
I will do my best to keep you posted. I have a friend in the public relations department with Baylor in Plano. I called her, and she is on alert for any news.
I'm glad that someone can see that.' date='Sep 26 2006, 11:23 PM' post='5604896']

I couldnt agree more. Certain people are more worried about forum police than actual news. It pathetic. It's really annoying that the original thread got completely deleted before we even have details on a news story on the air.
