I hadn't heard of him being involved. Or is this something independent of the Brian show?

On another note, the size of this tour is crazy. The sheer number of shows he has played since his return back in '99 or so has been mind-boggling. I see him at times where he looks completely zooted or like he would rather be anywhere else, but then others where he's pretty engaged. It's odd, but I guess he wouldn't keep going if he didn't want to. Hopefully Melinda would put the kibosh on any arm twisting to get him to commit to these huge tours. Whatever the case, his band is lethal. Astonishingly good.

Replace Mike Love with BW in every post here.

At least I have a better chance of scoring some.

In my defense, my sig other bought me the VIP tickets for my birthday.  I didn't pay much attention - just gave her the link.

Pretty happy still though.  Love or Brian, not sure there's a superior guy to meet/see sing from he group.

An American Family Mini Series starts at 4 PM EST on AXS TV (Mark Cuban's channel featuring mostly concerts)

It's actually really good and interesting IMO if you have even a small amount of interest in the Beach Boys. 

(I never realized how involved with Charles Manson, Dennis Wilson got)

He was very open with his home and money. Great guy that got lucky to not be murderer because of his niceness.

Saw Brian at the Fox last night in Detroit.  Fantastic, Totally blown away. Matt Jardine, Al's son, did a really nice job on Don't Worry Baby and Blondie Chapin was great on Sail on Sailor and a couple other later BB tunes.

5-song encore, no one was sitting the whole time.

Epic night listening to a rock icon and musical genius.  Hearing the entire Pet Sounds album live by The Man is something I wont soon forget.
