Seriously you guys, I'm super seriously about this.

Doing an LA taco tour on Wednesday with a food blogger/instagrammer. Starting in downtown then heading east. We did the west side last year.

made gyros tonight with dill/lime crema, with home grown heirloom cherry tomatoes and baby zucch.  on a mini naan.... fold it lengthwise and it's like a large.......

I had a rare block of time yesterday and made some red mole. Grilling chicken tonight for it (achiote/lime rub)

i made some carnitas this past weekend with lime juice infused red onions and jalapeño discs and it was basically pretty good that is what im saying bromigos take that to the bank

Ahi tuna with cilantro lime slaw and wasabi avocado crema. Take that to the taco bank.

Smoked a big fat prime rib Saturday for a get together with friends. With the few scraps left, seasoned them up a little and threw them in the cast iron skillet for some tacos..paired with a salsa verde. Fantastic.

the nearest robertos to me is in pahrump nv about a 27 hour drive two time zones away but im down for anything once so i will report back on saturday when i return from lunch take that to the bank brohan
