Tomlin's record coming off byes is nutty. Especially at home.
Tomlin's record against rookie QBs, particularly the first time he faces them, is nutty. Especially at home.
Broderick Jones cant anchor, and Myles Garrett is probably the best speed-to-power guy in the league, so he is going to get his *** kicked. Especially if they try going 1-on-1 there (hot take: they wont do that. Tomlin is prideful, not an idiot. I assume they're going to force Garrett to scale Mt. Washington while dragging Jones from his waist most of the game)
Steelers may not be as good as their record, buuuut I believe the Browns are on, like, QB#10 since Mayfield won that playoff game and their offense is...let's say "challenged." Whoever they run out there at LT is prolly going to have a pretty long day with Herbig/Highsmith due back. Cant chip Watt AND those guys.
Tomlin will make 2 or 3 decisions that will keep this game way closer than it probably should be, and Judkins probably has a good game, but Coach T has Chris Boswell and Cleveland has a guy named Smurf (or whatever) so Mikey pulls out the ugly one score win vs an inferior opponent where they cover, cuz that's what Mikey's teams do.
Boz puts them up w/1:05 left. Steelers D proceeds to let a rookie munchkin drive 40 yards in 3 plays and Poppa Smurf misses a FG to send it to OT as time expires.
