I read two long analysis pieces on this guy trying to figure out why he gave up a ton of HRs in the 2nd half last season. They both came to the same conclusion:  

Based on most projection systems he's a steal in the 10th, but I just don't trust him.

The new Cobb Co ballpark is 15 feet shorter to the RF alley than Turner Field, albeit with a higher wall.  The club expects the new stadium will favor hitters slightly more than the old one.

So if this thing is 45 rounds, then we will all have 45 men on our teams. Are they all active/eligible to enter into the daily line-up? Or are there machinations required

No DH, pitchers bat.

You'll only have a 25-man roster at a time, plus there's a weird AAA mechanism where you can stash a few guys that you can exchange in and out during the season. The long draft is mostly because we don't allow in-season pickups.
