BTTF 2017 : Scoobus wins World Series (2 Viewers)

Sending Nick Williams to Arsenal for Senzatella.

I am probably done making deals now unless someone wants to trade me a really good SP for an OF or Zimmerman/Freeman.

If anyone needs a good-hitting 2B, SS, or 3B in exchange for relief pitching, drop me a line. Might need some 3B PAs back depending on specifics.

Also have OF depth to trade.

I don't see anything when I log into fantrax. No players team nothing. There is a link to our league on upper left, but it takes me nowhere.

will probably be looking for some quality SS defense and/or CF defense

most likely guy i will be looking to deal is either Mike Moustakas or Eugenio Saurez (both 3Bs)

as always, i will want to wait to see the WIS defensive ratings first

Depending on how things shake out with ratings, I might have Odubel Herrera and will have to see on range for Freddy Galvis.

Would let me ship Schoop for an offensively minded OF or even starting pitching (if someone wants/needs 2B firepower)

Socalbronc0fan here. Got banned for an insensitive comment almost 3 months ago so I have to post with an alias.

My team is pretty screwed.

2B/SS Alexi Amarista 176 PAs 3 HR .238/.269/.351

OF Jose Osuna 227 PAs 7HR .233/.269/.428

OF Michael Saunders 234 PAs 6 HR .202/.256/.344

Short on PAs at C, 2B and OF and my bench options suck. Need to add about 200 PAs at catcher. Looking for about 200 PAs aat MI and OF as well as catcher. Can move eiher Carlos Santana or Mark Reynolds.

Feel like my team might need to sit mostly as is and difficult to trade but if you see something hit me up (or maybe WIS ratings/defense will force something).

** Perez has #### numbers but hoping his ability to play 2B/3B/OF (badly) will help me compensate for low AB's in those spots. Though that will require me really paying attention.

My pitching isn't as bad as I thought after looking at other pitching staffs. Really worried about how many HR's my team is going to give up. Top 4 starters are solid but not spectacular, except for the HR/9 numbers. McCarthy should be good in spot starts.

As for the pen, it's going to be an adventure. Can use Triggs as a decent reliever I think.

If you need crappy reliever innings to keep you afloat, the store is open. This is how things look right now.

Tomorrow:

To observe the Sabbath, we will not load players until tomorrow.

Sunday:

As it is the Lord's day...

Well, Jonathan Scoop can play a mean 2B B/A+ , and a serviceable Short Stop with D/B.  :coffee:   That changes things a bit.

Especially since Lowry can play a solid enough 2B (A/C-) but also hold down 3B with D/B.

With some newfound positional flexibility looks like my best chance is to package Freddy Galvis (.255 | .309 | .382  | A+/C+ | 14 SB | 663 PAs) and one of my relievers (or meh starters to give IP back) for more good (don't need great) starting pitching.

Also have a few catchers to deal and some other utility types such as Tomlinson. When I'm off the phone can figure #### out a bit more. Of course by then there will be more daytime ryes on the rocks, so....

MOOPSNAP will be activated.

Woo hoo, drunk trade scenarios!

Ok, after inputting my team things arent as bad as i thought. Team should be ok, but I am probably going to give up 600 HR's during the season.

As for trades, I am not looking to do anything too drastic or blockbuster-like.

Needs:

250 PA's at catcher

Maybe 300 PA's 4th OFer

Maybe 300 PA's 2B/MI type

I can give up a pitcher or two from the above list and/or Carlos Santana or Mark Reynolds if someone needs an upgrade at 1B or a great bench bat.

Working through my roster, will post needs and who is available later today :coffee:

Adam Eaton's low PA season will likely be available

There is some weirdness around searching for Hispanic names. If you search for "Rodriguez" you might not get results. Search by team instead if you can't find the player.

I'm guessing they imported the player names into the DB with accent marks or something.
