Guy from Canada. Texted him.ok, enough turner #### sucking
who is up?
I know, right? And he’s CANADIAN! Being sorry is their baseline emotional level. What, NO APOLOGY???
I don't get turner......numbers are all over the place. was kind of a journeyman. all of a sudden at age 32 improves his eye dramatically when it should be going the other way. he keeps proving me wrong though.Super Nintendo Chalmers said:

I would've been praying for McCullers to make it to me but I knew he was never getting past you.that hurts, man
I considered him at 3.4that hurts, man4.10 - Lance McCullers, SP
I was either going Bregman or McCullers on my last pick.I considered him at 3.4
I was probably going to take him this round. Kinda glad you did so I can take something I actually need and not be blinded by that awesome bat.Last year I was in a similar spot and I picked a guy who wasn't really an outfielder, but whose team was sticking him in the outfield. So as not to spotlight I'll say his name was Dumbo. It ended badly.
I have learned nothing.
4.10 Rhys Hoskins, "OF"
Which is why I said screw it and just took a hitter. A decision I'll surely regret when there are even more questionable pitchers available 40 picks from now.Wow. So many flawed and questionable SP options here
It’s always nice to have options.Wow. So many flawed and questionable SP options here
I considered McCullers last round too. I passed on him for Stroman who is much more likely to hit 200 IP IMO. I'm sure he fell for that same reason but great upside.I considered him at 3.4
You should be able to pick up a catcherI just put top 10 lists together at every position, lets see how that lasts until my next pick![]()
...says the new guy in for a serious eye-opening.![]()
the pitchers that are going here
at least 7-8 starting pitchers from each MLB team will get drafted, it's insane![]()

Elite pitchers have 4 ERAs in this thing. Imagine what a #4 starter will do.![]()

Kyle Hendricks and four pitchers who have not yet even been drafted comprised the starting rotation for the best regular season record in one of the two Leagues. He was the backbone of my staff last year
Ninth round here, and it worked out. Sorta. For the record, I didn't take a pitcher until round 5 last year.
Can't remember -- from your 2017 BTTF squad, did you move Jake Arietta at some point?Kyle Hendricks and four pitchers who have not yet even been drafted ...
Hendricks was my savior 2 years ago. Got him in the 6th round after going bat heavy early. Really didn't think it was a pick with much upside, I just needed a body.Kyle Hendricks and four pitchers who have not yet even been drafted comprised the starting rotation for the best regular season record in one of the two Leagues.
Creativity helps.
Yes I did. He was my first round selection (and wasn't bad, but didn't live up to the billing). Even with his relative drop off, helped me get a top offense and defensive 3B along with a starter who "should have" been just about as good as Arrieta if not better*Can't remember -- from your 2017 BTTF squad, did you move Jake Arietta at some point?
