Something we had last year was someone setup a google drive excel document up where it tracked all the picks and whatnot. An idea would be that if you missed your slot, you can quickly type your pick in as long as he is available. Then the commish or whoever can see the doc and update as necessary. Just a thought

AP is among the Barry, Sayers, Bo, OJ... club, no doubt about it. But RBs just don't usually do well after 30.

Yea felt like Houston was a steal for me. A young pass rushing terror. He should be able to anchor my Pass Rush for years to come. Feel like I have had a solid start with Russell Wilson and then Justin Houston.

The run on defensive players allowed me to pair my elite qbs with young, top tier receiving targets. I'm excited about my teams so far.

I like the pairing of Graham with Brady, from a scheme point of view. Brady definitely seems to be losing a bit on the deep ball, so going with a top TE plays to his strength as the Pats have been doing with Gronk when healthy. Plus Graham should be a more reliable target for Brady than Gronk has been at least in terms of staying on the field.
That being said, the other team(Rodgers-Thomas) is a better duo, IMO.

I wanted to try to get good defenders with a late pick but I can't help think that team, which I more or less could've had as he picks one pick before/after me, is just a better team. I know there's a lot to play out and there's something to be said for building on either side of the ball, but how much better than serviceable does a D need to be with that offense he's shaping up? Hopefully it's just a little buyers remorse and I know there's no right or wrong way but it is interesting to see many of the teams have largely stayed on one side of the ball (or at least it feels that way off hand).

Sorry guys I wasnt able to sign on this site all day, only the MFL site. As far as picks being skipped:
- There is no way on MFL to just "pick when you want" after being skipped
- If a player is skipped, simply post in the Timers thread on message board and in league chat. I usually check the site every 15-30 minutes and will then enter it.

I was hoping and praying Julio would fall to me, might look at another position now. Wasn't going WR early unless it was great value.
I wouldn't regret it if I were you. It doesn't matter how many weapons Rivers has, if he also has Aldon Smith, Ezekiel Ansah, and Dareus in his face every play. But seriously, your defensive front is downright scary right now.

I like the Rivers, Green, and Julio start. My only questions are can Julio stay healthy and can Rivers elevate his game and lead the offense to become an offensive juggernaut. Rivers is a very good but I question whether he can lead a truly dominant offense.
I had a tough call with my last pick...was considering 6 different players at 4 different positions. Ultimately went with Kiko Alonso, who looks to be a top level inside linebacker who can play 3-4 or 4-3. With Alonso, Wilkerson, and Haden I have one of the top young players at all 3 levels of defense. I think that's a pretty solid start.
Thanks...I was definitely considering Burfict for my pick before you took him. He was about equal with Alonso for me

I was flip flopping all day on a few guys and truth be told tried to change my pre draft ate the 11th hour and the guy before me picked as I was doing it. Guessing he still wouldn't have made it by till my next pick in the 120s though so I'm alright if he was a slight reach. Had 8 sacks as a rookie in 14 games and like what I'm building on the defensive front. Don't think the guy I was trying to switch to has any chance of slipping though so maybe he was the better pick, well see what happens.
