Bumble Bee Tuna cooks man with tuna. (1 Viewer)

"Routine Maintenance" If the company didn't have a lockout-tagout procedure for that

(which they probably did) they'll have one now. This is why lockout-tagout was created.

At least they have a solid plan in place if immigration is on site for a raid. Quick, round up the illegal workers and make a special batch.

More likely, it's a confined space issue. Usually if someone goes into a confined space, there has to be someone outside watching him and monitoring the environment.

Poor guy.

So I guess they had to fish his body out of the oven, huh?
 It was like being locked in the same room with Drogon.Bumble Bee was bought by Thai Union Frozen last year but the deal is pending anti-trust approval. TUF already owns Chicken of the Sea, the third-biggest tuna brand in the United States behind Bumble Bee. The top brand, Starkist, is owned by South Korea's Dongwon Industries.

Got it. Maintenance guy locks out the oven's panel and the worker could still load up the oven with him in it.

...Bumble Bee Foods faces a maximum fine of $1.5 million.

The state's occupational safety agency previously cited the San Diego-based company for failing to properly assess the danger to employees working in large ovens and fined it $74,000.

Bumble Bee, which has appealed the penalties,...
That's a lot of chutzpah, appealing the penalties.

Fill one of those vats up with pork and we have a new method of execution for the gitmo detainees. Air that over to those ISIS people.
