Here's my short list of the most undervalued players a few days away from the start of Week 1 (redraft, non-PPR). Target these guys in trade before they blow up over the next few weeks.
Brandon Gibson - WR - Rams
Gibson is the opening day #1 receiver for the Rams. He is playing the flanker position that is featured in McDaniels' offense. Gibson developed a good connection with Bradford late last year (his targets were roughly equal to Amendola's for the second half of the season). He has good size at 6'0", is entering his third year, and has drawn good reviews from both coaches and Bradford for his play and preparation during training camp. Gibson isn't even on rosters in some leagues, but don't be surprised when he puts up big numbers like Clayton did once he joined the Rams last year.
Reggie Bush - RB - Dolphins
Reggie Bush is finally getting his first true shot at being the full-time, featured starting RB and he looks ready to seize the opportunity. He's in tremendous shape, reportedly running with authority, and completely healthy. Henne and Marshall look like a much better fit one year in and the o-line is good enough to open holes for Reggie. The team clearly recognizes that they need to leverage his playmaking ability. Look for Reggie to put up top 15 RB numbers this year. He's being grossly undervalued right now.
Marcedes Lewis - TE - Jaguars
Lewis was the #4 TE last year with 700 yards and 10 TDs. He overtook Sims-Walker as Garrard's favorite target and is now a cornerstone of the offense along with Jones-Drew. He's big, athletic, and has a great shot to finish in the top 5 again now that Sims-Walker is gone and the team didn't add any other major competition for receptions. Garrard has a good hold on the starting job (Gabbert is third string right now) and the Jags will be going for wins all year with Del Rio on the hot seat.
Stevan Ridley - RB - Patriots
The Patriots just strengthened their o-line with another veteran signing again this week and the improved defense will give the team bigger early leads and better field position. Ridley was drafted early to replace the reliable but unremarkable Green-Ellis and you'll see Ridley worked into the offense within the first couple of weeks. As he's shown in the preseason, he's a dual threat in both rushing and receiving. The team will lean on his versatility, power, and explosiveness as they wear down teams in the second half. He's cheap now but won't be for long.
