Buying 2 new TV's - Recommendations? (1 Viewer)

I am buying one for a game room which will be used mostly for games and movies. Probably want it to be over 60". The other one I am buying is for my bedroom so this will be a smaller screen. Not looking to spend a fortune. Is 4K the way to go, or are there any issues on 4K TV's?

Any recommendations or help is appreciated. I generally lean towards Samsungs and Sonys.

I have a projector in the theater....110" screen.   Awesome for movies, football and gaming.   Low def gaming can be a little clanky (Atari mods, Wii, etc) but the rest is tilt.

I am blown away by the 4K detail, but don't know how much stuff is made to be that impressive other than the demo discs.
