Mine says the same thing, but when I go into My Programming, it doesn't confirm that I have it, I need to activate it if I want it.I just called. She said the charge covers me from May 2016 through April 2017 and as such I will be receiving Sunday Ticket free again this year.
Let me know if they tell you the same thing when you call. Specifically point them to the Activity Window, as that helped her understand what was going on.

So did you actually renew your service or just talk about what to do when you called back to do so?
I've had the same response both times I've called.my d-day is 6/6 i spoke to a regular rep today and she said to wait until the promo currently on my bill ends, and to call back on the 6th.
For some reason my statement only shows I owe $4.75 for June 1st after all the mess ups they did. I was expecting June to go up to $129.71 but I guess that will be July. They are so clueless.I've had the same response both times I've called.

I'm hoping that since my statement generated today I'll be able to get better deals as the promo from last year is gone.

A huge mess, there's so many notes on my account now. I asked her how I could get my bill back to where it was the previous month. She told me the only thing I could do to lower my bill was to lower my package. Well, that's not really doing anything since I'm getting less, so of course I would pay less. Asked her who I needed to talk to then to cancel my service. Next person I talk to quickly offered the $50/month discount and I took it. sounds very similar to mine.I just made the call and asked to cancel my account. I was immediately offered a loyalty package which was better than the newdeal offer last year. I went from $77 a month with newdeal to $62 a month with the loyalty deal. Still got Sunday ticket too.

I bolted from Verizon the day the deal went through. I only had Verizon internet, so I switched to Bright House, which just got bought out by Charter.Frontier took over here for Verizon FIOS, and it may have been the most botched switchover in history. Frontier is a ####show. DirecTV is getting real aggressive to get me to come back. Free Sunday ticket, etc.

$90, 6 payments of $15. So my bill stays the same as its been for six months, then drops $15 cheaper than last year. Those savings add up to $90, and I think we got $200 gift cards last year???
