it depends what server your league is on. they send out a message stating that the thousands of free leagues they did this year were supposed to be distributed evenly, but that they were not in error. if the server your league is on also has thousands of free leagues you're beat this year. It's only be slow one time in my league, other than that it's worked great. I don't know what the people in here whining expect this message board to do about their problems with sportsline.I haven't had one problem with Sportsline all year. I see all of these threads every week but it's worked perfectly fine for me 100% of the time.![]()
MFL!Tryin to check my office league score - I think they are down again.MONEY is all they understand - send a message and use someone else next year.
Precisely the same symptoms as I am experiencing. The game updates ceased, my browser (IE) crashed, and upon restarting, my fantasy teams are non-existent, click to see if they are hidden, ...Still down for me. When I get the actual CBS site up it says I have no fantasy teams. When I click on Fantasy it tells me I have no fantasy teams but to click here to see if they are hidden. Whatever that means.Site freezes and closes down my IE when I click there.Meanwhile, my MFL site, for half the price, is still updating itself every 90 seconds without fail, while there is talk going on in the chat room, and postings being made on the message board.
You got me. Whilst my systems are apparently (or allegedly) melting down I'm over here putzing around on this board. [sarcasm]Protoslacker = CBS Sportsline employee? Hmmmm........I have'nt had one instance all season of any interrupted service- works every time.![]()
It provides a forum for those experiencing issues to confirm the issues are not isolated to one's machine. Don't be such a moron. It's only be slow one time in my league, other than that it's worked great. And just think, if they give you 50% off then they would only be charging you as much as MFL and other sites which actually work. They need to offer a discount to all current subscribers to renew for next year. Simple as that.

I've been a CBS guy as long as they've been around. Up until this year, zero problems, 100% customer satisfaction from my league. This year, we all gave them F's and we're going elsewhere next year as it has been a complete nightmare.Protoslacker = CBS Sportsline employee? Trying to convince my league to change over to MFL next year. Sadly, I'll have to wait until the offseason because of a mandate from the Commish, but I think I got some members curious. These clowns are awesome. Two of my leagues insist on using them instead of MFL though. If they don't switch next year, I'll just find new leagues.

FWIW, a script error is your issue, not sportsline's.that's due to your browser. They've been awful today on both my league's. between not getting on and that annoying "script error" message.Somebody, probably me, needs to give them the link to thsi thread. maybe then they get how much they're letting people down with the crappy conenction.
CBS is the most expensive site, but it isn't the only non-free. MFL and RTS are both very high regarded, have a lot more functionality than the free sites, and are half the price or less than CBS.Sportsline/NFL.com is the worst. It's ridiculous how the only non-free site is the absolute worst to use come gameday. I'm making a full transition to aol.com's site next year. It's fast and free.
While technically true, as a web programmer I would maintain a proper site would work with a browsers's standard / default security settings. Last year I had no problems with Firefox. This year, it basically doesn't work.FWIW, a script error is your issue, not sportsline's.that's due to your browser.
