CBS Website Problems? Our Rosters are gone. (1 Viewer)

Anyone having problems with CBS? All our rosters just disappeared.

We have hosted our league there for 10 years. We have a keeper league so we never do a draft and keep our rosters from year to year only entering in player changes from our slow live rookie draft that we do manually.

Maybe your Commish didn't pay the site fees? Was he going on a trip out of the country anytime soon?

We paid all our fees. Even checked that - shows paid.

ours are fine. prolly a glitch. i'm guessing you contacted customer service?

Only way I can find a contact is by submitting a ticket. I see in the CBS forums some other users with the same issues. But they too don't do an online draft and have kept their rosters every year.It was all good last night. Starting lineups all in and everything working - just the normal glitches they have with live scoring.

Found customer service. They fixed it in 5 minutes. They believe this happened because they have added a "keeper" feature to the site and since we had already added our new players from our offline draft - nobody selected to check their keepers - therefore they were all deleted.I have that phone number if anyone needs it.
