I am counting on him. I don't really have another choice with Portis down though. I don't understand how he is still rated by fbg as high as he is week after week. I expect that he will blow like every week... but I do hope that he blows up. Maybe he can atleast squeak a goal line attempt in against the Rams.
If you have watched the Panthers close this year, it is easy to see that the fact that they cannot establish a running game has been their biggest problem. It's not the D... it's not the QB/WR's...or special teams.... Delhomme gets so much pressure every week because they can't run. At first, I thought the problem was their O-Line w/ all of the shifting they had early in the season, and then Jake looked Shaky after getting so much pressure but now I am pretty convinced that Foster doesn't have the burst of power to run off tackle and this is their biggest problem on offense... the Panthers have been trying to establish this all season. I have watched every Panthers game this season ( and gone to a few) Anyway, thats my take. Good luck.

I am considering starting him at flex over Boldin and Driver this week. According to FFToday, STL is giving up the 5th highest amount of points per week to RBs out of any team. I don't think that makes Foster a lock, but if he and the CAR ground game can't get it together vs. the Rams they really do have big problems.
